How to Book an Appointment with
Dr. Richard Bevan-Thomas, MD
Request Consultation
If you’re a new patient, click the “Request a Consultation” button at the top of this section to begin your appointment request.
Start Your Appointment Request
STEP 1: To book a check-up Dr. Richard Bevan-Thomas, start on the first screen by selecting your health insurance and your reason for visit (such as “Elevated PSA”). Once you’re done, click the “Continue to Appointment Details” button to move forward.
Choose Visit Type and Provider
STEP 2: On the next page, choose your visit type. If you’re a new patient, select “New Patient – UPNT.” Then, pick your preferred location. After that, go to the Provider field and look for my name, “Bevan-Thomas, Richard MD.” Once selected, click or tap “Search Available” to view my open appointment slots.
Choose Date and Time
STEP 3: From there, choose the date and time that works best for you.

VERIFICATION STEP: After selecting your preferred schedule, continue to the next step where you’ll fill out and verify your personal information before confirming your appointment with me.
AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. For Urological Emergencies After 5:00 PM or on Weekends. For urgent urological issues (like severe testicular pain, inability to urinate, or high fever), please call the main office number, 866-367-8768. Our answering service will page the physician on call. |
